Lantern Watching @ Shuang Lin Shi
Went to my mum's place today as Cat wanted to play with Amelia plus the PSI around my house was real bad. Heard that it's better in the central part of Singapore. Sean is down with flu and baby Amelia was having occassional coughs and "ah-choos". :(Thought that Sean is getting better, thus we headed to Shuang Lin Shi which is near my mum's place to view the lanterns. Amelia fell asleep during the excursion but was woken up by the drums and dragon show in the temple. Guess by next year, this time, she'll appreciated this better. Nevertheless, she seemed to be fascinated by the bright lights and colourful lanterns around.
As for Sean, the flu seems to be bugging him, hence I have the liberty to use his PC to blog now as he rests. Otherwise, it's a NO-NO when he's engrossed in the game. Hope that he gets well soon.

no lah, she's still trying very hard to roll over. :P
wow, the lanterns are so beautiful! Didn't know they have such event :( Will try to visit next year (if there is still such activity)
oh, Amelia is learning to flip flip liao ;P that's very cool. U can help her by holding a big (and i mean big) towel or blanket with her in it, above floor lever. While you and Sean will hold tightly @ each end, then gently flip the blanket. This is to show her how turning is like.
The other method is to let her lying on the blanket which is laid on the floor, then you pull the end of the blanket slow and teach her how to turn ...

with her little sneezes and little coughs, we thght she might be sick. But with expert Motherinlaw advice, she is just fine.
