Auntie Amelia to Compass Point : 9 Sep 2006

We headed Compass Point for dinner with Sean's mum last Sat as Sean wanted to give her a break from the kitchen. As usual, Sean's mum and myself had the porridge that we enjoyed at the Food Court while Sean tried the curry rice. Not that nice, he said. Coincidentally, I bumped into Bernard, my ex-colleague who is also my current colleague's (GG) cousin. What a small world. He has changed his job. Hmmm, it is since sometimes after I left the previous company. Time flies.

Amelia seemed to be uncomfortable in her stroller after a while and started to budge. We had to carry her for a while to comfort her. There were quite a few young couples with babies shopping in Compass Point. Maybe b'cos Sengkang is a young town.

Well, Amelia didn't calm down until we headed to Cold Storage to get grocery. It seemed like she likes supermarket. Haha. A mini auntie in making. She finally got settled down in her stroller.

Here's a pix of her in her "Toyota" which we bought with the Tangs vouchers that my colleagues have given. BTW, did you know that strollers can cost a few grands? These are the "Mercs" and "Lexus" as we termed them. Wonder which flashy parents will spend those bucks on them...Not us for sure.
